Please send your files to us in a PDF format. This will lock your file so it will appear exactly as you see on your screen.
If you cannot make a PDF, we will accept other file formats, but you will need to review a proof before printing.
File Size & Quantity
If you have a file that is OVER 20 MB, we ask that you call ahead so we can set up a special Dropbox area for your files. We WILL NOT ACCEPT files over 20MB to our email account.
If you have MULTIPLE files that add up (jointly) to more than 20 MB you must also call ahead to get a Dropbox area for your files. If you have more than 3 files that need to be sumitted you MUST call ahead to get a Dropbox location. We will not accept more than 3 attachments over email.
